ALUMNAI PROFILES

It will be more than a year and half that I have entered the realm of professional world after
completing my Master's in Traffic Management from College of Traffic Management,
Faridabad. I have been assigned the role of Jr. Road Safety Engineer in Intercontinental
Consultants and Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. a leading consulting firm in the infrastructure sector. During my
Master's course at IRTE, Faridabad I was exposed to various aspects of road environment and safer road
usage practices which has for sure enabled me to dispel my duties as a Road Safety Engineer to the best of
my abilities. The practical exposure of conducting road safety audits and journey risk assessments have
provided me necessary domain knowledge which helped me understanding the road scenarios in India. The
staff and external faculty of the college were extremely helpful in understanding and clearing our concepts of
the curriculum. The infrastructure and laboratory facilities were top notch in the college which always
provided a conducive atmosphere to learn. Despite the ongoing pandemic the college authorities left no
stone unturned to ensure placements to all the students of Master's course in Traffic Management for which I
am truly grateful.
In this field of road safety where every day brings about a new challenge and a new lesson not merely for
professional front but also on a personal level, the whole purpose of contributing with full zeal and fervour. It
indeed pushes me to utilise my skills and knowledge to make a safer road and work environment for the road
users and as well as for the fellow colleagues and workers.
