S.NO POST NUMBER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1 ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
(FORENSIC PHYSICS)
02 Qualification Minimum 55% marks in M.Sc. Forensic Science/ Physics from a recognized university or equivalent with a good academic record, with training or internship with Forensic Science Lab, Ph.D. degree (awarded or submitted or pursuing) in a concerned /relevant/allied subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited Foreign University, NET/ JRF Qualified.
Minimum – 3 years of experience in teaching and research in Forensic Science.
Minimum two publications in the UGC-CARE listed Journals.
2 ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
(FORENSIC CHEMISTRY)
01 Qualification – Minimum 55% marks in M.Sc. Forensic Science/ Chemistry from a recognized university or equivalent with a good academic record, with training or internship with forensic Science Lab, Ph.D. degree (awarded or submitted or pursuing) in a concerned /relevant/allied subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited Foreign University, NET/ JRF Qualified.
Minimum – 3 years of experience in teaching and research in Forensic Science.
Minimum two publications in the UGC-CARE listed Journals.
3 ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
(CYBER FORENSICS)
02 Qualification – Minimum 55% preceding degree i.e. M.Sc./ M.C.A./M.E./M. Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering / Information Security / Cyber Security / Digital Forensics/Cyber Forensics/Network Technology/ Information Technology/Data Science / Electronics and Communication from a recognized university or equivalent with a good academic record. Ph.D. degree (awarded or submitted or pursuing) in a concerned /relevant/allied subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited Foreign University, NET/ JRF Qualified.
Desirable: Candidate having specialization/experience in the field of IT/Cyber Security/Digital Forensics / Network Security / Network Forensics etc., or a relevant domain will be preferred.
Minimum – 3 years of experience in teaching and research in Forensic Science.
Minimum two publications in the UGC-CARE listed Journals.
4 LAB ASSISTANT 02 Qualification – SSC/HSC (Science as subject), B.Sc. Forensic Science / B.Sc. in any science stream with a diploma in Forensic Science.
Minimum – 3 years of experience as Lab attendant/ Lab Assistant
Preferable – Lab training through NABL
