Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is nowadays one of the most prevalent mental conditions not only in children and teenagers but also in adults. This mental condition has proved to induce various other mental problems such as, anger issues, repetitive thoughts and behaviour, etc. The current research work focuses on the underlying relationship between ADHD and psychopathy. In this study, various questionnaires and screening version measures were used to determine the probable symptoms of ADHD, anger issues, repetitive thoughts and behaviour, and psychopathy. These questionnaires were filled by one-on-one interaction with the participants. Before the interview each participant was asked to fill a consent form and self-designed proforma (containing basic demographic details). In case, an individual did not clear the cut-off scores for either ADHD, anger issues, or repetitive thoughts and behaviour, he/she was not tested for psychopathy. The study showed that around 45% of the participants with symptoms of anger also exhibited symptoms of repetitive thoughts and behaviour. Additionally, it was observed that around 58% individuals with severe anger issues were also found to display symptoms of ADHD. Moreover, 14% of the participants with symptoms of ADHD exhibited psychopathic behaviour. The results of the study were in order with all the former studies.

An underlying relationship between anger issues, repetitive thoughts and behaviour, and psychopathy was revealed in the current research work. Furthermore, the study showed that anger issues and repetitive behaviour share a significant relationship with the type of family and occupation, respectively. Not only this, they also shared a significant relationship with ADHD.
